Brand new for the fall '24 season, the Spruce Hoody was a Stif staff favourite before we'd even got it out of the box.
We love that it's a super-versatile layer with a relaxed fit and understated looks. As the days get shorter and colder, this is the bit of kit that makes the difference between hitting the trails or finding an excuse to call it off. Working as either an outer or mid layer, you could throw it on over a jersey to keep warm and dry on chilly evenings or add an extra outer layer and survive just about anything.
The relaxed cut adds to it's versatility - it's as at home lapping uplifts as it is on big bikepacking epics.
A full length zip is always a great touch on mid-layers, allowing you to take the Spruce Hoody on and off without taking your helmet off, or dump some heat at the top of a climb in seconds. Secure zipped pockets make stashing essentials easy and neat touches like an elasticated hem and cuffs round off a really well thought-out bit of kit.
We highly recommend this one. Don't worry about what the forecast is saying for the weekend, grab your Spruce Hoody and get out on your bike!
